This Slice of Americana welcomes your group for a fun Adirondack experience. The lodge has eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, two indoor and one outdoor bar, commercial kitchen, kitchenette, two large common areas, pool table, dart board, grill, large yard with picnic tables, fire pit, horseshoe pit and corn hole. Close by you’ll find lakes, mountains, snowmobile trails, downhill and XC skiing, 18 hole golf course, mountain biking, hiking, rodeo and The Caroga Arts Collective. Come make memories!
Spacious Common Room to relax & enjoy yourself
The first floor offers a huge three-season porch, two bars, two large common areas, commercial kitchen and kitchenette. There’s a pool table, dart board, 85″ flat screen TV as well as other smaller TVs in the bars.
There is ample parking at the lodge. The back deck and Tiki bar look out onto 2 acres of space for barbecues, bands and lawn games.

Join us at our lake resort for a day, weekend, or even the entire summer on a lake surrounded by the beautiful Adirondack Mountains. Enjoy the many activities here including swimming, sunbathing, picnicking on our beautiful beach, volleyball, miniature golf, and hiking
Wheelerville Trails
Wheelerville Trails is a new, downhill-focused mountain bike system in Caroga, NY. Developed in partnership with the Town of Caroga and the Adirondack Foothills Trails Alliance. www.adkfta.org Wheelerville Traverse is the primary trail for accessing Wheelerville Trails system. Features berms, small jumps, bridge, ride-overs.
Paradise Ranch
The rodeo features bull riding, breakaway roping, sheep riding for children, barrel racing, a banana-eating contest, live music and other events.
Royal Mountain

Lapland Lake Nordic Ski Area
Founded in 1978, Lapland Lake features unparalleled woodland skiing on a superb trail system designed by Olavi Hirvonen, former U.S. Olympic skier (1960, Squaw Valley).
